OUR SERVICES
Attorney-in-Fact:
If you become incapacitated or unable to make your own decisions, you need someone you can trust to act on your behalf. That’s why we offer our services as attorney-in-fact, also known as power of attorney, who can manage your financial, legal, and health care affairs according to your instructions. We can also communicate with your family, doctors, and other professionals to ensure your best interests are protected and your wishes are respected.
Do you have a trust that needs to be managed or administered? Whether you need someone to take over an existing trust or step in when the need arises, we can help. We are experienced and qualified financial professionals who can handle all aspects of trust administration, such as asset distribution, tax filing, accounting, and reporting. We will work with your beneficiaries and your advisors to ensure your wishes are honored and your legacy is preserved.
Are you struggling to keep up with the day-to-day management of your finances? We provide personalized services to ensure your bills are paid on time. Designed to fit your unique needs, our services give you peace of mind, knowing your bills are handled, and you are prepared for your accountant at the end of the year.
If you need advice or guidance on any aspect of your fiduciary needs, we can help. We offer consultative services to individuals, families, and professionals who need assistance with planning for their legacy or administering the estate of a loved one. We provide guidance on financial, trust, and estate matters. We can also review your existing plans and documents and suggest improvements to suit your needs and goals.
When a loved one passes away, you may be appointed as their personal representative, or executor, to handle their estate. This can be a daunting and complex task, especially during a time of grief. That's why we offer our services as professional personal representatives who can take care of everything for you, from administration of your probate estate to asset valuation, from creditor obligations to beneficiary distributions. We can also handle any disputes or challenges that may arise, and ensure that your loved one's estate is settled according to their will and the law.
When you are preparing your will in the state of Florida, your estate attorney will inform you that Florida law requires that your Personal Representative be either a resident of the state of Florida or a close relative. For many of our clients, they prefer the peace of mind that comes from naming a Florida-based fiduciary as personal representative to avoid placing a burden on family members or to meet their need for a representative that is based in Florida.
If you or a loved one are unable to care for yourself or your property due to age, disability, or illness, you may need a guardian to look after your well-being and interests. We offer our servies as professional guardians who can provide you with the are and support you need, such as managing your finances, paying you bills, arranging your medical care, and advocating for your rights. We can also work with your family, friends, and other professionals to ensure your quality of life and dignity are maintained.
At Lighthouse Financial Stewards, we offer a free initial consultation to discuss your unique needs and the services that we provide. In our consultation, we will review our fee structure and discuss how it pertains to your circumstances.
We do not sell any investment products, so you can rest assured that we are motivated only by what is in your best interest and the best interest of your beneficiaries.
